FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

M.R. Tanner Construction is seeking a Construction Project Engineer. We provide 100% health, dental and vision insurance for employee+ company 401K. Come work for a great company! We work almost exclusively in Maricopa County.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate, attend final city inspections, and generate itemized punchlist

Schedule necessary trades and subcontractors associated with itemized punchlist

Track progress from necessary trades and subcontractors associated with itemized punchlist

Communicate schedule and completion with staff and clients

Research and Provision of Solutions to issues in construction

Project Management of Small Jobs with growth to larger jobs as experience grows

Submittal preparation, submittal, tracking, distribution, approval

Assistance to Superintendents for subcontractor scheduling

Take photos of project progress and send to PM to be saved in appropriate project folder

Technical Assistance to Field Superintendents and Crews

Learn and operate all software platforms: Provide technical support to others

Visit and maintain relationships with owners representatives and ensure proper notification is given for inspections
