M.R. Tanner Construction is seeking Asphalt Paving Foreman for our Asphalt/Paving Crew. We provide 100% health, dental and vision insurance for employee+ company 401K, and currently are offering a SIGN ON BONUS!
Must have valid transportation as crews meet at job sites in the morning – valley wide. Come work for a great company and learn new skills! We work almost exclusively in Maricopa County.

Qualifications:

Must have 5+ years experience with Asphalt/Paving. Previous work as a Foreman preferred. Have knowledge of Paving, Compaction, Quality Control, Quantities min of 2 years running a crew.
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be 18 years or older
Able to work outside in all Arizona weather conditions
Reliable transportation and work schedule flexibility
Must be reliable and dependable
Driver’s License Required

Pre employment drug screen required for illegal substances
Full-Time Position, Monday-Friday, possibly overtime/weekend work
