M. R. Tanner Construction is seeking Crack Fill/Seal Coat Crew Laborers for our Pavement Maintenance Division. Must have reliable transportation to our equipment yard in Gilbert (Mesa Dr & US60). NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
We provide 100% health, dental and vision insurance for employee+ company 401K, and currently are offering a SIGN ON BONUS! We work almost exclusively in Maricopa County.
Job Duties-
Perform various tasks related to Pavement Maintenance and Preservation
Use wand to distribute crack fill material into road cracks
Use squeegee to create a band on each side of the crack to fully seal it
Use large wand to spray seal coat material on roadway to protect street
May set up and tear down equipment and machinery
Provides assistance to Foreman and other supervisors as needed
Perform functions according to company OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be 18 years or older
Able to work outside in all Arizona weather conditions
Willingness to learn and accept direction from field supervision
Reliable transportation and work schedule flexibility (must be able to meet at Construction yard in Gilbert, crew drives to job site together – anywhere in Maricopa County)
Must be reliable and dependable
1+ year of Construction Experience Preferred
Drivers License Preferred
